ABOUT ME
My name is Jason, I am a BACP registered, humanistic integrative therapist based in London. I work in a relational way providing a safe, engaged and non judgemental space for people to explore their experiences. I have 20 years experience working in complex mental health and addiction support.
I offer private therapy sessions for adults on a long, medium or short-term basis. I've been privileged to work with many people over the years who have gained deeper understanding of themselves and made significant changes in their lives. This makes me really passionate about what I do. I love my work.

I offer a free 30 minute introductory chat via phone for us to introduce ourselves.

I work mostly online so would be able to meet you on Zoom, Monday to Friday.

I have slots during the day and in the evening, depending on your availability.
